This bat was a 27oz model that almost weighed 28oz, I took out the performance restricting disc from inside the barrel. Performance without the restricting disc is unreal, this bat is definitely only to be used in home run derbies, exhibitions, and BP show bombs! Benefit of removing the restricting disc is that the bat doesn’t have to be shaved and is therefore much more durable. This bat is defintely no longer approved for sanctioned play.
